The Hall of birds demonstrates the diversity of bird kingdoms all over the Earth. It presents the 1,000 bird species, which is about 1/10 of all of their diversity. Along the perimeter of the room collections are located in a systematic order. In the center of the room is a panorama that shows the distribution of birds in the Pacific region – from Antarctica to the temperate latitudes of Asia and North America.

Each of the continent indicates a unique group of birds. In particular, represents not only Antarctica penguins Spheniscidae, but also representatives of families Сormorants Phalacrocoracidae, Plovers Charadriidae and Petrels Procellariidae. At the same time shows that penguins in turn, also circulated in southern Australia and South America. Australia was a "continent of parrots," Southeast Asia – "continent Galliformes" birds, particularly large and beautiful, as Peacock Pavo cristatus, Trahopan Tragopan sp., Argus Rheinardia ocellata, Pheasant Phasianidae ...

Among the exhibits of hall – rare and endemic species, including: Kakapo Strigops habroptilus, Kea Nestor meridionalis, Blue Lory Vini peruviana, Junin Grebe Podiceps taczanowskii, Campbell Island Teal Anas auklandica, Trumpeter Psophia sp., Slender-billed Сurlew Numenius tenuirostris and many others. In flight, presented Andean Condor Vultur gryphus, bird with the largest wingspan. At the same time, in the hall are of flightless birds greatest of the world – African Ostrich Struthio camelus and the largest flying bird of Ukraine – Great Bustard Otis tarda; the smallest birds in the world and Ukraine – Hummingbirds Trochilidae and Goldcrest Regulus sp. (accordingly).

Separately, the holl contains a collection of birds' eggs and nests, from the smallest to the largest, comparing them with dummy extinct birds – Great auk Pinguinus impennis, Moa Dinornithiformes and Elephant bird Aepyornis sp.
