LESSON OF MUSEUM

March 26, 2015 in the Zoological Museum of Lviv University within the limits of the project "The only educational and cultural space Lviv city" teacher of higher category Tamara Tarnavska was held integrated museum lesson "The diversity of birds" for pupils 8-B class KNVK school № 94.

The motto of the lesson were the words of the famous ethologist Nikolaas Tinbergen "A man should not be ashamed of curiosity which awakens in her nature".

During the lesson, the pupils were working in groups and presented their mini projects on various ordo of birds, were founding of nests and eggs, which told determined ecological groups of birds. In addition, pupils conducted research and searching riddles, were founding among the exhibits certain species of birds.

At the end of the lesson held an interactive exercise "Time of praise to birds", where each pupil had the opportunity to speak, having started his praise saying: "I want to thank you for the birds ...".
Campaign ended in the Museum overview of mammals hall - due next class of taxonomy of animals that the pupils will study.
